The Human Rights Campaign’s special project to improve the climates in our kids’ schools. The program aims at educating and building confidence in dealing with bystander situations. Most kids are bullied because of some aspect of their identity, including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. A majority of bullying incidents are stopped by other children. Giving our kids the space to talk about diversity, difference, and kindness in addition to the skills to stand up for themselves and others are important steps to fighting bullying.
